Sacrima REGINA VIARUM

This wine reflects the fruity intensity of the Mencía grape in its purest expression. Its production involves a natural fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 19/21ºC, and an early rack before the fermentation is fully complete.
