REGINA VIARUM MENCÍA

Careful selection of the best grapes from our estates by using a selection table. Low temperature maceration for 72 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature with daily “délastage” and over-pumping at a tempe-rature of 28°C in order to extract the full colour, aroma and complexity of the grape. On lees for four months, providing a greater smoothness and uniqueness to the wine.

COLOUR

The hue or tonality with an appealing Picota cherry colour with violet glints.

AROMA

Reminiscent of fresh and fruity smell particularly very ripe red fruits. Mineral notes.

TASTE

Fresh attack, very expressive mineral intensity, round and velvety structure in the mouth.
Gentle, wide and long aftertaste. Warm and persistent.
