Expresión REGINA VIARUM

Rigorous selection of the best grapes from our vineyards on a selection table. Maceration for 72 hours at very low temperature, followed by controlled-temperature fermentation, with “délestage” and daily pumping over at a maximum of 28º to extract all its color, aroma, and complexity. Ten months of aging in French oak barrels.

Decanting is recommended due to the minimal filtration process.
