Fresh and juicy, with fine, well-integrated tannins. Good acidity, a pronounced fruit character and a long, balanced finish.

Ideal with Galician cuisine, grilled white and red meats, mushrooms, empanadas, pulpo á feira (Galician-style octopus) and aged cheeses.
