Rosae REGINA VIARUM
The red Mencía grape is macerated for one hour at very low temperature and the must is collected through traditional gravity bleeding with manual pressing. The short maceration synthesizes primary aromas and flavors, reminiscent of the Mencía grape with its fruity nuances. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC/18ºC for 15 days.
