Sight
Medium-intensity ruby color with garnet reflections.

Nose
Cherry, plum, very ripe red fruits, sweet spices like vanilla, licorice, all combined with integrated mineral and toasty notes from the oak. Good balance on the nose.

Palate
Silky mouthfeel, with slightly marked tannins and precise acidity to provide freshness. Warm and long finish with memories of ripe fruit.

Food pairing
Braised beef, oven-roasted free-range chicken, game meat, semi-cured cheeses.
